About Us
Focused on the Customer. Shining Brow serves small and middle market companies. Our management team brings broad and extensive experience to our organization having designed and developed service management and construction job costing software for small, medium and large companies including service divisions of several Fortune 500 companies.

The Shining Brow Mission. Our mission is to help our customers improve their lives and business success. We do this by careful attention to details and by taking a multi-disciplinary approach to software design. You can expect our user experience to be the easiest and most “ergonomically” efficient available. Our software designs are the result of years of experience working directly with users and paying careful attention to how people actually use software every day.

The Shining Brow difference. Large enterprise solution providers have built their businesses to service enterprise customers, with large-scale projects and budgets. As a result, their financial models, technology partnerships and implementation strategies are not suited to effectively serve small and middle market companies. We have built our entire strategy including service offerings, pricing models, strategic partnerships, implementation methodologies and consulting methodologies specifically to meet the needs of small and middle market service companies. Each customer is very important to us.

Our approach. We understand that our customers need more than a box of software. From our initial contact with a customer, we engage in a consultative approach that continues beyond implementation and includes on-going training and support. We believe that the bottom line is our services can be just as important as the software package you select.

Our Name

Shining Brow is the rough translation of the Welsh word "taliesin". Taliesin is the name given by the architect Frank Lloyd Wright to his home in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Wright situated his home just below the top of a hill on his ancestral family farm. He wanted the home to be a part of the hill, but not to crown or sit above the hill. He chose instead to site his new home on the 'brow" of the hill. Many people interpret Shining Brow to mean "hard work". While we did not intend that interpretation, it does fit our team! Our red square logo is also derived from Frank Lloyd Wright. He used variations of a red square throughout his career as part of his "signature" on his drawings. He believed the square signified integrity.
